Order Processing
Most in-stock orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Because many of our products are handcrafted in small batches, processing times may occasionally be longer during periods of high demand.
If additional processing time is required, we will notify you as soon as possible.
Handcrafted Products
Many of our artisan products are made in small batches specifically for our customers.
Some handcrafted or made-to-order items may require additional production time before shipment. Estimated processing times will be noted on the product page whenever applicable.
Shipping Notifications
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes tracking information when available.
Shipping Carriers
Orders may be shipped using USPS, UPS, FedEx, or another carrier selected by CAD Design Solutions LLC based on destination, package size, and shipping method.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

Shipping Availability
At this time, Create And Decorate ships only within the United States.
International shipping is not currently available.
